Making Steak tonight

I like to marinade steak in:

 

Half a cup of soy sauce

tsp of salt

tsp of pepper

tbl of sugar

3 cloves of crushed garlic

 

Marinade for 24 hours. And half an hour before cooking toss in lime juice and vinegar to help tenderize the meat.
